Welcome to the 2024 Upper Hunter Beef Bonanza. This year we are gearing up for what will be our most exciting event yet!

12pm : Bump in of all cattle exhibits.
Please note: NO cattle will be permitted entry into White Park before this time.

6:30pm : Michael Crouch Memorial Careers Evening – Scone RSL

12:00pm – 4:00pm : Education Day

7.00am - 12pm : Weighing of Led Prime steers and heifers

11am : All led exhibits must be at White Park

11.30am : Students leave White Park for drop off to Junior Meat Judging, JBS Scone. (To be confirmed)

12pm : Official 2024 Event Welcome & Opening

12.00pm – 3.00pm : Junior Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging – JBS Scone

TBC : Paraders workshop (time TBC)

6pm : Exhibitor Meeting
Sponsored Sausage Sizzle for all exhibitors TBC

8.00am : Unled exhibits must be at Scone Saleyards

8.00am : Weighing of unled prime steers and heifers

8.00am : Led steer/heifer classes begin.

1.00pm : Heifer Judging

At the completion of the Heifer Classes : Paraders
Pee Wee (under 8’s) Primary (Over 8’s), 12’s, 13’s and 14 yrs Paraders competition.

5.30pm – 7pm : Interactive unled Judging at Scone Saleyards + Inter School Meat Judging Presentation

8.30am : Junior Judging Classes

10:30am : Paraders
15’s, 16’s, 17 - 18yrs

Throughout : Junior Judging Orals

Following On : Champion Parader Competition

2pm : Presentation

3pm : Steers/Heifers transported to JBS Scone.
